The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the SkyTrain and a local market for groceries. The bed in the room was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The owner was responsive to any issues that arose and the Wi-Fi was strong. it was good value for the price.

I recently stayed at Rare Find Exquisitely New Quiet & Safe Skytrain Home for a week while helping my daughter settle in at UBC. The residential area was lovely and safe, with a convenient food shop just a two-minute walk away. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment also had helpful laundry facilities and street parking. The location was perfect, with the Nanaimo Sky Train station only a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore downtown Vancouver and get to UBC.

Would recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, which made for a cozy and relaxing sleep. The location was great, being close to buses and trains, making it easy to get around the city. there was a nearby market where we could conveniently pick up some basic groceries.

One major downside was the very strong smell of cat urine near the front gate entry. It was quite unpleasant and really took away from the overall experience.
